Custody of Choi Jin Shil's children is now over!

After the devastating death of actress, Choi Jin Shil, there has been a battle between her brother, Choi Jin Young, and her ex-husband, Jo Sung Min for custody over her children, but the battle has finally ended.

The court decision was made after the 49th memorial day for Choi Jin Shil. Ex-Husband, Jo Sung Min, couldn’t take anymore from the media and the general public. So he decided to to give up his parental rights over his children. But since he is the biological father he was granted visitation rights.

In other news, Choi Jin Young is planing to move on and reenter the entertainment industry. It is said that he will be involved in television and music videos as well as continuing his education as a film major at a university to honor his sister’s wish. He wants to finally let Choi Jin Shil rest in peace...
