Star Golden Bell Challenge' Gives 110,000 dollars to Community Chest

The "Star Golden Bell Challenge" show on KBS 2TV has donated 110,000 dollars to the Community Chest of Korea.

The hosts of the show, Ji Seok-jin, Kim Je-dong and Yoon Soo-young, delivered the money--collected during the first half of the year--to the Community Chest of Korea Center in Jeong-dong, Seoul on July 1.

Han Gyeong-cheon, the producer of the show, said the celebrities are gladly contributing their time to helping the youth of the lower-income families continue their education.

One thousand ten students will receive 100 dollars worth of book coupons.

The show has donated a total of 730,000 dollars to the Community Chest of Korea since March 2005.

Wow...that's nice of them! Makes me like the show more~ I know manwon haengbok also donates money to some charity every episode...it's heartwarming to see the celebrities doing shows for a good cause! Very Happy
