East of Eden releases teaser!

The much anticipated drama of 2008, East of Eden, finally released its teaser! This will definitely be the blockbuster drama of the year. At a generous total of 50 episodes, the drama will accomodate Korea's top actors and actresses, including Song Seung Hun, Yun Jung Hoon, Park Hae Jin, Lee Da Hae, Lee Yeon Hee, Han Ji Hye, Dennis Oh, Jo Min Ki, Lee Mi Sook, Kim Bum, Shin Eun Jung and many more. I've always been a little skeptical about these so-called "blockbuster dramas" that get lavished with prodigal amounts of money and hyped up by the media, such as the melodrama "Bad Love" with Kwon Sang Woo. These epic failures are usually due to vapid, hollow story plots or bad production, riddled with poor editing and imperfections in presentation. I truly hope this drama won't flop because it will be a great waste of talent. Yet I'm afraid that this star-studded cast will be used to dazzle and bewitch viewers in order to cover up their empty plot line. The synopsis to the drama is not relieving my skepticism, which includes a switch at birth and a revenge for an unjust murder. Nevertheless, I will be looking forward to this drama when it airs on September 10.
