Battle returns for a (disco) showdown!

Battle has entered its comeback countdown.

Just when we are being bombarded by new idol groups, Battle also enters the stage. Not to worry, their comeback is much anticipated by fans after recieving a lot of praise for their debut last year. For those who don't know, Battle was a 6-membered idol group formed last year from a talent competition and hand-picked by Shinhwa. Unfortunately, they will comeback missing a member as a 5-membered group. The member who left, KiHyun, decided that he wanted to pursue an acting career. Anyway, watch out because Battle is ready for a showdown.

Returning after a 1 year hiatus (not really, they've just been busy touring other countries, such as China), Battle will release their 3rd single album "Step by Step", which will contain 3 songs: 'Big Change', 'Step by Step', and 'Luv U' (Intro). Their title song 'Step by Step' will feature an addictive electronica song with a disco rhythm.

Battle has already performed 'Step by Step' at a preview performance on 'YTN Star-Live Power Music' that ran from May 29-30, attracting the attention of many fans and netizens.

Their 3rd album will have a strong hip-hop feel, especially in their song 'Big Change'. The electronica song 'Luv U' will showcase the combination of smooth vocals and powerful rap. Taking New Kids on the Block as their role model, they plan to showcase trot/disco music and the "shuffle dance" (you mean, like the ipod?)

Battle's "Step by Step" MV will be released on June 6 on their official homepage.

I've been waiting for song news on them. Yay they're back, but as 5. Gonna miss Kihyun. Hope acting goes well for him. Anyways, can't wait for their debut. The song sounds pretty nice too. Thank you so much for sharing. (^___^)
