Actor Park Kwang Jung passed away at the age of 46!

Actor Park Kwang Jung passed away on 15th December due to lung cancer at the age of 46.

Park Kwang Jung was announced dead at about 9.40 pm in Seoul University Hospital after losing the fight to the cancer disease.

Park had found out about his disease last March and had announced it in front of national TV last April on SBS morning show ‘Kim Seung Hyun, Jung Eun Ah’s Good Morning’.

Back then, in spite of his illness, Park Kwang Jung continued filming for ‘Seoul Note’ and went on to film MBC drama ‘Who is this?’ without any discontinuance. After which, he had concentrated on his cancer treatment but he had lost the fight to the cancer disease.

Before this, Park Kwang Jung has given us many great roles acted in movies like ‘Number 3′, ‘Aurora Princess’ and dramas ‘Good Person’ and ‘Say you love me’. And in this year itself, Park Kwang Jung was also one of the casted roles for popular MBC drama ‘New Heart’.

Meanwhile, Park Kwang Jung’s funeral departure will take place on 17th December.

i remember him from Tomato with kim hee sunT__T i used to watch it with my mom when i was 8 years old. it was one of my faves...

*sigh*.....it'll be weird not seeing him anymore...OTL at least it wasnt suicide
