Choi Won Yoo, a new star is born....

At least that is what Korean netizens think after seeing this new, aspiring artist perform at the 2008 University Song Festival held on October 5. Choi Won Yoo attends Han Young University and had previously participated in a lot of local music festivals that has helped him mature in his performance.

At MBC's 32nd University Song Festival, Choi Won Yoo performed "For a Long Time", showing off his intricate piano skills and strong, unique vocals. He also performed a short rendition of Wonder Girls' "Nobody" to the surprise and pleasure of the audience. He won an overall silver medal for his performance at the festival.

Lee Hyori, who was one of the MCs for the event, commented on Choi Won Yoo's good-looks that were garnering the adoration of the audience.

But it seems like Hyori wasn't the only who noticed Choi Won Yoo's attractive appearance - after the broadcast, many netizens also took notice of this new comer. One netizen commented, "Not only is he handsome, he also sings and plays the piano very well which makes him an instant sensation." Other netizens said, "I'm looking forward to the rise of another college star singer," "He stole the hearts of both older and younger girls."

Wow...but his voice sounded weird sometimes..probably more training required...
is he tied to any entertainment company?
If not, i hope he didn't go to SM...

He's really good-looking ^^ and talented. "For a Long Time".... wow. Lol, I liked his rendition of "Nobody". People like him deserve more attention in the music industry
