what are we eating for dinner? = kombangwa naniga tabemasuka (pronounce tabemaska)? i'm not pretty sure about this. i'll ask about this to my teacher first.

but for thank you i know that you say arigato but in a drama i was watching (tokyo showers) they said something else after they said arigato...

erm.... as far as i know i Jap there are another dialect, so 1 is the normal one another one is the Kansai dialect. for Kansai dialect its indeed pretty different then normal dialect. i know a few though. like in normal dialect we will say "nani?" in Kansai dialect they will say "nande?". i have the list, but i don't have it with me right now. i'll get back to you. ok?

^hmm... i'm not sure.. but what does it mean?

while learning spanish you should take care of it's pronunciation, cause shares more or less the same as japanase. The vowls are very important in both, and their sound is exactly the same

you will soon discover this is the correct orden in japanase:

A I U E O
KA KI KU KE KO
SA SHI SU SE SO
TA CHI TSU TE TO
NA NI NU NE NO
HA HI HU HE HO>this has the same pronunciaton as english. Therefor the h is not mute and sounds like "ja ji ju je jo" in spanish

and so on...

It could be Arigatou gozaimasu/gozaimashita.

I had Japanese lessons back then =P
